Toyosu Omakase & Sushi Bar is centered on authentic Edomae sushi in San Juan. Our seafood arrives from Japan two to three times each week, giving us the ability to maintain an extensive, continuously changing selection—typically in excess of 30 unique cuts of sushi and sashimi.
That breadth is paired with a simple principle: the ingredient should remain recognizable as the reason for the dish.
